Ever felt that Brasenose Arts Week was missing a trash percussion class?
Well, with any luck, this event will be like STOMP on ketamine. Come and join Jonny & Alex for an all-out, almost epileptic, experience*.

Led by our very own drumming maestros, this workshop should be riotous: let loose into the basement that is Frewin Undercroft.

There is no need to be an accomplished musician – this will be a relaxed, friendly event for both the seasoned percussionists of yesteryear, or those who were only trusted with the claves in primary school. Especially suitable for those examinees needing to let off a little steam..
We will provide “instruments”, but bring along anything you’ve ever fancied hitting, either in a rhythmic or aggressive sense. It should hopefully be a lot of fun.

A sign-up sheet will be posted in the Lodge on Sunday of Third Week, and spaces will be limited to 25 and only available to Brasenose Members.

Also: Copious Biere Speciale may almost definitely be incorporated into this orchestral experiment.

24 Hour Play

A brand new play will be WRITTEN and REHEARSED in just 24 HOURS, culminating in a performance at 20:30 on Sunday of 3rd week.

Jazz On the Quad

Celebrate the opening of the festival in what we hope will be a splendidly sunny afternoon of jazz and Pimm’s and light snacks on New Quad.
