Run by Daniel Hyde (Informator Choristarum at Magdalen College) on Saturday 12th May, this choir workshop will see people interested in choral singing from around the university to join forces to rehearse with an expert.
The repertoire to be covered will be 2 Handel anthems - 'The Kings Shall Rejoice' and 'Zadok the Priest' - all good Diamond Jubilee stuff, as both were written as anthems for the coronation of George II in 1727.
It will start at 10am and last until 1pm (with breaks), culminating in a performance of the two pieces at around 12.30pm.
Whether you're in a choir or not, feel free to come along and join in with what should be a beautiful morning of music!
